Step 1: So You Want To Go On a Vacation

So you want to go on vacation, but have no idea where to begin. Start by giving us a call! At CARE Travel we are happy to immediately set up a  consultation to get to know you and your travel habits. We’ll then provide estimates for destinations we believe are a good fit. Based on your feedback, comments, and preferences, we go a step further and provide detailed quotes for multiple destinations that will exceed your expectations. Our certified and expert designers are familiar with an assortment of destinations and excursions.

Generally, at least one person on the team has personally been to the locations we are recommending. We are that convenient one-stop-shop for all your travel needs, working hard to find you the best value for your hard earned dollars.  We don’t just book your hotel, we do it all. From airfare, to transfers, resorts, dinner reservations, excursions, travel protection plans, and more.

Step 2: Now That You’re Booked

Once we’ve worked together to narrow down that dream location, we will communicate all reservation-needs with suppliers. You tell us what you want, and we make it happen! During the process, we provide you with additional amenity options/excursions that also may interest you at your location. Swim with Dolphins? Private helicopter? Romantic candlelit dinner on the beach? YOU GOT IT!

As your travel date approaches we will re-confirm you have acquired and submitted all proper travel documentations. We also re-confirm with all suppliers that your reservations are secure and up to date. Finally, in the weeks before you depart, we will meet with you again for a final Pre-Travel Consultation. During this time we go over your detailed itinerary and travel need-to-knows.

Step 3: Time To Board the Plane

At CARE Travel, we provide each of our guests with an easy to use App. The app can be downloaded onto any smart device, which seamlessly connects with your agent. It also provides your detailed itinerary, so you can review that information at any point during your travels.

Run into a glitch traveling? Maybe your airplane needs de-icing, which has caused a delay and you won’t be able to make your connecting flight. Let us know, then go relax, while we make additional arrangement for you. Or, let’s say you were having so much fun, you wanted to extend your stay an additional night. We are happy to arrange those adjustments and alter your flight plan.

Welcome Home!

Once you’re back, and all settled in at home, reminiscing about stories and sharing all your vacation photos, we will still be working for your benefit. A lot of larger travel companies have frequent traveler benefits, but they require you to submit paperwork, or you lose the points. Like clockwork, upon your return, we request and track frequent travel numbers (if applicable), which you may use in future travels.
