let’s chat
We begin each client journey with a complimentary consultation. During this call, we'll review your trip wish list, talk about our services, discuss our professional fees, and hear all about your dream vacation.
step four:
you’re booked!
After all confirmations are set and you are ready for departure, we'll review final travel documents with you and answer any pre-travel questions. We will also be available while you’re traveling, and eagerly await your arrival home to hear all about your adventures!
step two:
planning begins
Once you have decided to work with CARE and the initial invoice is paid, we'll begin researching and assembling a proposal for your review. We'll work with our global partners to assemble the specific components of your quote.
step three:
lock things in
Following your review and approval, we'll begin confirming your travel details with deposits. Throughout this process, we'll provide you with travel information and necessary details so you have everything you need.

Short answer, YES. We are here to make sure you get the best services for your budget and time. We take the stress out of planning and booking so that you can focus on the excitement and experience.

We totally understand that life happens and sometimes things pop up that cannot be altered. However, we do put a lot of time and effort into planning and researching your trip through maintaining partnerships within the industry. Once your contract is signed with CARE Travel, a deposit must be applied to your vacation experience within 60 days. After 60 days, if a decision has not been made, you will forgo your research and design fee and a new fee will need to be paid to continue services.
We also offer travel package protection/insurance policies for your consideration and purchase prior to deposit with terms and conditions based on the policy of choice.
